Software access is a subscription. Human work is a managed-service fee. Commission applies only where Kalinklo directly represents, sources, or manages the engagement.
Organization and Agency OS customers pay for software, not a percentage of their bookings. Keep your commission structure, client relationships, and margin.
Founding-cohort Verified Artists remain free at their tier. Artist Pro is an optional addition, not a forced migration.
Pricing reflects serious seasonal and agency operations and is published openly so procurement and operations teams can budget without a sales call.
Kalinklo earns through subscriptions for software, managed-service fees for human work, and commission only where Kalinklo directly represents the artist. We do not tax relationships that agencies and orchestras already own.
Only when Kalinklo is the agent for a Managed Artist and sources, negotiates, contracts, or manages the booking. Agency OS customers pay a subscription and keep their own commission structure.
Third-party processing costs are passed through transparently. Escrow, collection, or settlement administration is quoted as a named service line, never disguised as booking commission.
Approved Verified Artists keep their current free tier. Artist Pro is optional; existing members are not forced to migrate or pay.
Yes. Monthly changes apply from the next billing period and annual agreements adjust at renewal. We review downgrade impact before switching off anything your operations depend on.
Organization and Agency OS plans are monthly. Provider checkout appears only where configured and proven; otherwise payment is arranged by invoice or purchase order. Enterprise agreements may use a custom cadence.
Yes. Controlled pilots can record a PO reference, receive an invoice, and settle by bank transfer. Finance teams retain the invoice, settlement entries, and audit trail.
