What Kalinklo is
Kalinklo is where classical music organizations run the week and manage the engagement. Production Desk and Member Portal handle productions, services, documents, announcements, confirmations, and member access; Artist Profiles, Agency OS, and the Engagement Ledger handle request, hold, quote, contract, invoice, and settlement records around the same work.
It is built on a single assumption: the relationship belongs to the people in it, not to a public marketplace. The platform charges for software and managed services; commission applies only where Kalinklo represents an artist directly.

- Agencies & managers. Roster, routed requests, holds, contracts, invoices, commission records, and team permissions.
- Artists & presenters. Controlled availability, request-hold workflow, contracts, invoices, settlement records, and private profile visibility.
The work, in one screen
The weekly operating flow and the engagement flow meet on the same record. The platform is the record of when each step is taken, by whom, and what was agreed.
- Run the week. Staff create productions, services, assignments, documents, announcements, and acknowledgement requirements.
- Member access. Musicians and guests see My Week, Next Weeks, documents, announcements, and confirmations with only the access they need.
- Request and hold. A presenter or organization submits a request. The artist or agent reviews, approves, declines, or counters.
- Quote and contract. Approved terms become a quote and then a contract record. External/legal actions require human approval.
- Invoice and settlement. The contract issues an invoice. On payment, a settlement closes the engagement record.
Every transition writes to the audit log. Both sides see the same numbers on the same row.
